Servers used by enterprises are the typical perishable products, and it is a very important issue how to evaluate the dynamic value of used-server`s hardware in equipment management. With Moore's Law, the concept of process capability and market approach, this article builds dynamic valuation approach and model of perishable products, which has evaluated dynamic value of 107 sets, and original total value 11,246,000 of enterprise server equipment used by Power Companies. By collecting the market price of used enterprise server products whose performance are the same (similar to), and making deviation of present value checking, this article confirms the dynamic valuation approach of perishable products has the practical value and theoretical significance.%企业服务器是典型易逝性产品，如何评估其使用后的硬件动态价值是设备管理很重要的问题。文章运用摩尔定律，工序能力概念和现行市价法建立易逝性产品动态价值评估方法和模型评估了电力公司107台，原价1124.6万的服务器动态价值。通过收集二手企业服务器市场价格，对该方法和模型进行误差校验，证明此方法具有实用价值和理论意义。
