本文利用ANSYS软件对桥式起重机主梁建立有限元模型，经过求解分析处理得到了主梁的最大变形和最大等效应力以主梁的前五阶固有频率和振型图。通过对计算结果的分析，判定主梁是否满足挠度、强度、刚度的要求。得到的计算结果对主梁的优化设计有很大帮助。%This paper uses ANSYS software to establish finite element model for bridge crane girder. By the analysis and processing of solving, the maximum deformation and equivalent stress of the main girder and the natural frequency and vibration mode of the main girder of the top five order of the main girder. Determine whether the main girder meets the requirements of deflection, strength and stiffness by the analysis of calculation results. The calculated results have great help for the optimum design of main girder.
