As the quantity of electric power project is increasing, the management of it is more difficult, and the risks are increasing. So, how to reduce the risk and loss is the key point of current consideration. At the first, this paper introduces the current situation of electric power engineering from the domestic and international aspects, points out the existing risk in electric power engineering project in China and mainly analyzes the specific measures and application of the risk management of electric power engineering project in China to provide references for the development of electric power enterprises.%随着电力工程项目数量的增多,管理愈发困难,风险越来越多,如何减少风险降低损失是当前考虑的重点.本文首先从国内和国际两个角度来介绍电力工程的现状,并指出了我国电力工程项目中存在的风险,然后有针对性的分析了我国电力工程项目风险管理具体措施和应用,以期为电力企业的发展提供参考.
