How to establish the cooperation and the success and sustainability between higher vocational colleges and enterprises are the key and breakthrough in the current occupation education reform. The evolutionary game model between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is established, and the influence factors and evolutional stability of the cooperation are explored with it. It is concluded that the cooperation probability between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is negatively related to cooperation cost, income increment, and is positive related to cooperation earnings, excess return, revenge, punishment. Finally, the relevant policies and suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results.%校企合作是高职教育发展的战略引擎,高职院校与企业合作关系的形成与持久性是当前职业教育改革的关键和突破口.本文通过建立高职院校与企业间的合作行为的演化博弈模型,探索校企合作形成的演化稳定性及其影响因素.模型结果分析得出,高职院校与企业的合作概率与合作成本、收益增量成负相关关系,与合作收益及超额收益、报复和惩罚成正相关关系.针对模型结果,提出了相关政策及建议.
