基于模糊评价的会计应用型人才综合素质评价研究

         

摘要

In order to better evaluate accounting applied talents' comprehensive quality, provide supplementary for career growth of the accounting personnel, support direction for college accounting applied talents training, offer a reference for enterprise in selecting talents and finish the quantitative assessment of accounting practical talents' comprehensive quality, this article from the professional ethics, knowledge system and ability system of three main factors as well as 12 secondary indicators to build the accounting applied talents' comprehensive quality evaluation index system, which is analyzed in detail through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Evaluation method.%为了对会计应用型人才综合素质进行更好的评价,为会计人才职业生涯成长提供辅助,为高校会计应用型人才培养提供方向,为企业人才选拔提供参考,定量评估会计应用型人才综合素质,文章从职业道德、知识体系和能力体系三大主要因素以及12个二级指标共同构建了会计应用型人才综合素质评价的指标体系,并通过层次分析法和模糊评价方法进行了详尽的分析.
