“多元考核”在交换技术课程教学中的探索研究

         

摘要

针对现代交换技术授课对象具有年级高、能动性强、活跃度高、理论与应用结合要求强烈的特点,摒弃以考核为目标的陈旧思想,引入包含随堂测试、学生自我学习自我授课、实际工程方案设计、课后论文等多种考核形式在内的“多元考核”,以此作为激励学生学习兴趣的教学手段。从教学内容、教学方式、考核方式和实验实践四个具体的教学环节着手,研究“多元考核”的具体实现方法与实现方案,从而实现教学质量的提高,发挥学生主观能动性和科研能力。%In view of modern switch technology, the students are have such characteristics as high grade, high activity, high activity, high requirement mixed theory and application. Without taking examination as only one assessment, this paper will introduce a kind of"multi-assessment" to help teacher and students, which is included in the exam, self-teaching, practical engineering design, and writing academic paper and so on. From the content, methods, assessment methods and experimental practice, the implementation methods and plans will be studied, so as to achieve the improvement of teaching quality, development of students’ subjective initiative and researching ability.
