Wax deposition experiment device mainly through researching the crude oil temperature, environment temperature, gas and liquid flow rate, flow pattern and other parameters to influence wax deposition. Through the simulation of wax deposition in pipeline by the experiment, the mechanism of paraffin deposit in the multiphase flow and the factors that affect tube wall wax are studied. It can accurately calculate the wax precipitation amount and wax deposition rate in the pipeline under different conditions, and also can determine the flow regime and flow pattern of waxy crude oil in the multiphase flow pipeline under different conditions.
