浅论企业技能人才队伍建设发展前景和对策

本文以中国电力建设企业(电建企业)为例,通过实地调研和问卷调查,通过多个层面对经济新常态下电建企业技能人才队伍建设进行了系统分析和深入探讨,借鉴学习国内外先进的技能人才队伍建设经验,结合电建企业实际,突出运用多种研究方法,进行系统性研究,突出实用性;以电建企业技能人才作为研究出发点,对电建企业技能人才队伍建设的现状进行系统分析,针对其中存在的不足与问题进行深入探讨,为解决问题提出意见和建议。有助于进一步落实国家技能人才发展战略,用制度、文化和机制推动电力建设企业技能人才科学成长和培养,提升技能人才队伍建设的吸引力,形成让社会尊重技能人才的文化氛围,全力打造电建企业持续发展的技能人才队伍。%Through field investigation and questionnaire survey, this article analyzes the power construction enterprise skilled talents team construction under new normal. Referring to the advanced experience in skilled talents team construction at home and abroad, combined with the practice of power construction enterprises, many research methods are used for systematical study to highlight practicability. The present situation of power construction enterprise skilled talents team construction is analyzed and the problems and deficiencies are discussed in depth. Suggestions are proposed to solve the problems. It is conductive to implement the national skill talent development strategy and to promote the scientific training of power construction enterprise skilled talents with system, culture and mechanism, increase the appeal of skilled talent team construction, and form a cultural atmosphere to respect the skilled talents, so as to build a sustainable skilled talent team for power construction enterprise.
