本文以冀中股份邢台矿为研究对象，针对该矿开展的安全“四预”双掌控安全措施，研究具体操作方法，分析其在煤矿安全生产中的作用，为煤矿隐患排查提高思路借鉴。通过对具体做法的分析和研究，达到经验交流和机制改进的目的。%This paper takes the Xingtai Mine of Jizhong Energy Resources Co., Ltd. as study object, according to the security measures of safe "four pre" double control developed in this mine, researches its specific operation methods, analyzes its role in coal mine safety production, and provides reference for improving coal mine hidden danger, achieves the purposes of experience exchange and mechanism improvement through analyzing and researching the specific practices.
