After the conduction effects of the international financial crisis, China's industrial cluster is facing great challenges. Therefore, we should further strengthen the cooperation of the enterprise, government, industry associations, universities, research institutes and other contacts. In this paper, through the analysis, they get the result that higher vocational education can convey talents for the industrial cluster, and the industrial cluster can provide very good development prospects for the higher vocational education. Based on this relationship, then it analyzes the challenges faced by the industrial cluster, and the challenges and development ideas faced by higher vocational education.%在国际金融危机的传导效应显现后，我国产业集群面临了极大挑战。为此，要进一步加强企业、政府、行业协会、高校与科研院所等社会组织间的联系与合作。本文通过分析推导出高职教育能够为产业集群输送所缺人才，而产业集群又为高职教育提供了很好的发展前景的这一辩证统一关系。在这一关系的基础上，继而分析在当前的产业集群面临的挑战的现状下，高等职业教育将会面临的挑战及发展思路。
