The reform of English teaching in higher vocational college has always been a hot problem in the education. Using efficiency theory to guide the reform of English teaching can not only make English teaching vivid, but also can make English teaching practical. Through the related research of efficiency, the paper puts forward several measures of efficiency reform of college English teaching.%高职高专英语教学的变革一直都是教育界的热点问题。本文应用效能化理论来指导英语教学的变革，不仅可以使英语教学生动化，还可以使英语教学实践化。通过简述效能化的相关研究，进而提出几项大学英语教学效能化变革的措施。
