The bidding work of engineering involves wide scope, and the price formation mechanism and its own characteristics, operation rules are closely related. This article, based on project bidding rules and characteristics, explored the price formation mechanism of bidding, and made recommendations on how to control prices in project bidding, to improve the project bidding work.%院工程的招投标工作涉及范围广，价格的形成机制和自身的特点、运行规律息息相关。本文主要是以工程招投标的规律和特点为主线，探讨工程招投标的价格形成机制，并对项目在招投标中如何控制价格作出建议，能够将项目的招投标工作更加完善。
