对民办高职学生社会适应力的应用调查研究

         

摘要

Objective:The goal of this study is to learn about the adaptabilities state of students in private vocational colleges, to analyze the influential factors, to emphasize education of students in private vocational colleges and to provide theories for improving their adaptabilities. Method:The questionnaire investigation and analysis were carried out with general students questionnaire and adaptive scale of college students (made by Professor Zheng Richang, Beijing Normal University) and the subjects were 600 undergraduate students of three private vocational colleges in Shandong Province. Results:There are no distinctive differences between social adaptabilities of students in private vocational colleges with the factors, such as birth place, only-child family, family income and educational level of the fathers (P>0.05). But there are distinctive differences with educational level of the mothers (P<0.05) and extremely distinctive differences with students' own characters (P<0.01). Conclusion:Mothers' educational level and students' own characters have great influences on their social adaptabilities. The students whose mothers graduated from academies have better social adaptabilities than those whose mothers graduated from junior or senior high schools and extroverts have better social adaptabilities than introverts.%目的:了解民办高职院校大学生的社会适应力现状,并进一步分析其影响因素,为加强民办高职院校大学生健康教育,提高大学生社会适应力提供理论依据。方法:采用自编大学生一般情况调查问卷和北京师范大学郑日昌教授编制的大学生社会适应力量表对山东省三所民办高职院校的600名在校大学生进行问卷调查和分析。结果:高职院校大学生的社会适应能力在生源地、独生子女、家庭收入和父亲文化程度四个影响因素上,均无显著性差异(P>0.05);在母亲文化程度上有显著性差异(P<0.05),在学生自身的性格上有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:母亲文化程度和学生自身的性格对高职院校大学生的社会适应力有较大的影响:母亲文化程度在专科以上的大学生社会适应力比母亲文化程度在初中、高中或中专的大学生社会适应力好,外向大学生的社会适应力比内向和内外向兼有大学生的社会适应力好。
