苏南地区在率先进入全面小康社会后，又已不失时机地开启率先实现基本现代化的新征程。本文分析了苏南实现目标的体系，以此监测和评价现代化进程，并在此基础上提出了现代化进程中的重点和难点，以揭示前进中的问题和矛盾，从而推动和加快苏南地区向率先基本实现现代化目标迈进。%The Southern Jiangsu area had already seized the opportunity to firstly step in the new journey of realizing modernization after taking lead in entering the comprehensive well-off society. On basis of the system of Southern Jiangsu achieving the objectives, this paper monitors and evaluates the process of modernization, and puts forward the emphasis and difficulties in the process of modernization, in order to reveal the problems and contradictions, to promote and accelerate southern Jiangsu's pace of taking the lead in realizing primary modernization.
