企业培训的有效管理与创新

         

摘要

随着社会的不断进步,很多的企业都开始通过培训来增强自身的竞争力和员工的凝聚力。从客观的角度来说,一个企业要想发展,在业务、日常工作以及项目处理的方式上,都要不断的改变,从而更加符合社会的需求,这样才能获得较高的经济效益和社会效益。相对来说,培训这种方式能够在短期帮助企业获得一个较大的提升,通过后续的培训,能够帮助企业进一步提升,并且巩固已有的成绩。因此,在日后的工作当中,必须对企业培训进行一个有效的管理,同时在创新方面更加努力,提升市场占有的份额。%As society progresses, many companies are beginning to enhance their competitiveness and cohesion of staff through training. From an objective point of view, in order to development, enterprise should constantly changing in businesses, daily work and the way of projects treatment, which is more in line with the needs of society, so as to obtain a higher economic and social benefits. Relatively speaking, training can help companies get a larger increase in the short term, through follow-up training can help companies to further enhance and consolidate existing achievements. Therefore, in future work, enterprise must has effective management for training, get more efforts in innovation and increase market share of possession.
