PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize enterprise training planning based on the present skill holding situations and enterprise strategies. SOLUTION: This enterprise training planning method comprises a stet for comparing an enterprise evaluation value related with the number of staffs having skills higher than a prescribed level in a field selected by an enterprise with a reference evaluation value in the selected field and a step for, when the enterprise evaluation value is lower than the reference evaluation value, calculating the number of staffs having skills higher than the prescribed level who are short in order that the enterprise evaluation value can exceed the reference evaluation value. This method also comprises a step for extracting candidates to be trained based on the number of short staffs. Thus, it is possible to calculate the number of short staffs having the skills by using the enterprise evaluation value indicating the held skill situations in a significant selection field on the enterprise strategy. Therefore, it is possible to grasp the training scale following the situations and strategies of the enterprise, and to concretely select the candidates to be trained form the number of short staffs.
