With the development of education in China, the people's economic living standards continue to improve, especially in recent years, since China implements enrollment policy for college students, number of college students in the college continue to rise. As a newborn and can not be ignored highly qualified people, the ideological and political education of this group is particularly important, while counselor is a major force in this work. This paper discuses problems in counselor conducting ideological and political works, makes some suggestions for how to work and how to do well this work, expects to provide help for helpful counselor's job.%随着我国教育事业的发展，人民经济生活水平的不断提高，尤其是近年来我国对于高校学生的扩招政策实施以来，我国的高校大学生在校人数不断的攀升，作为一个新生的不可忽视的高素质人群，对于这个群体的思想政治教育工作就显得尤为重要，而辅导员是承担这一工作的主要力量。本文结合辅导员在进行学生思想政治工作过程中最常遇到的一些问题进行论述，针对怎样开展工作和怎样做好此项工作提出一些建议，希望能够对辅导员的工作有所助益。
