浅谈现代国有企业的人力资源管理

         

摘要

In order to train and bring up the talents and realize the value of staff, it's necessary for enterprises to have a scientific management of human resources. Whether the enterprises success or fail, it mainly depends on the development and management of human resources. As the pillar of the national economy, state-owned enterprises must improve its core competitiveness to achieve sustainable development. Therefore, in terms of the management of human resources, not only the existing problems should be paid more attention, but also the effective ways and strategies of human resource management in modern state-owned enterprises should be deeply discussed and studied. It has great guidance meaning and realistic meaning for the construction of modern enterprise system of state-owned enterprises.%企业为了能够培养和造就人才以及实现员工的价值,必须具有科学的人力资源管理,因此,企业的兴衰成败很大程度上取决于对人力资源的开发和管理。国有企业作为国民经济的支柱,为了实现可持续发展,必须充分提高自身的核心竞争力。因此,在对国有企业的人力资源进行管理时,不仅要充分重视其面临的诸多问题,还应当对现代国有企业人力资源管理的有效途径和对策进行深入的探讨和研究,这对建设国有企业的现代化企业制度具有重要的指导作用和现实意义。
