The construction of the community health service system has ten years of history. But in the development of community health services, there are still many shortcomings. It is necessary to improve these problems and optimize the construction of the system, so that fundamentally improving the level of community health care technologies and services in China. This paper firstly discusses the status of the configuration of community health human resources and talent team building, and then discusses how to improve the allocation of community health human resources and optimize the construction of personnel team.%我国社区卫生服务的体系的建设，已经有十多年的历史了。但在现在的社区卫生服务的发展中，仍有许多不足之处，我们要在改进这些问题的同时，优化这项体系的建设，让我们国家社区的卫生医疗技术和服务水平，在根本上能有明显的提高。本文首先探讨了我国社区卫生人力资源配置和人才队伍建设的现状，接着探讨了怎样改进社区的人力资源配置和如何优化人才队伍的建设。
