This paper introduces the positioning and characteristics of e-commerce, analyses the significance of the logistics under E-commerce. After the prediction of development trend of the logistics industry, the paper puts forward the requirements and recommendations logistics management under situation of e-commerce.%本文从电子商务的定位、特征入手，进而分析了物流在电子商务条件下所有具有的意义，并在此基础上对物流行业的发展趋势进行了预测，有针对性的提出了电子商务条件下物流管理的要求和建议。
