China's socialist modernization construction is in rapid development. Development of economy calls for development of transportation, therefore, related departments have been paying close attention to highway engineering construction technology. Computer network information management plays an important role in project management. It is an indispensable and important component for a successful project management system. Application of information technology not only improves the overall image of highway industry, but also improves the industry efficiency, technical level and management level, thus improving the overall competitiveness of enterprises and industry.
