Through detailed analysis and summary of the construction process of civil and industry, this paper thinks that the current Building Norms in Collapsible Loess Area in China is not suitable to the real needs of road construction from the numerous real experiences. Taking into account the impact of terrain, line, wide surface and other factors on the road construction, the low value of the construction area investment, it is necessary to understand the construction, summarize collapsible loess problem and find a more scientific solution.%通过对民用和工业供述施工过程进行详细的分析与总结，从无数真实的经验中得出我国目前正在执行的《湿陷性黄土地区建筑规范》并不能适用于公路建设的真实需求。考虑到道路施工受地形、线路和面广等客观因素的影响，价值建筑面积投资偏低，所以必须充分了解施工做成汇总黄土湿陷问题，找到更加科学的解决方法。
