With the development of transmission and computer technique,symmetric DSL telecommunication digital cable was widely popularized, which offer a solution to video surveillance in gas controlling area. Combining with actual conditions, this paper suggests using symmetric DSL digital transmission to send real time video signal in coal caving face to monitor room in a long distance to solve problem of video in special environment.%随着传输技术和计算机技术的发展，单对双绞线通信电缆数字传输应用得到广泛普及，为瓦斯抽放巷钻场的视频监控系统提供了解决方案。本文结合煤矿采煤面设备及环境的实际情况，采用单对双绞线数字传输，把现场采煤面实时视频信号，远距离传输至监控室，解决瓦斯抽放巷特殊环境的实时监控问题。
