随着我国城市化建设进程不断的深入，给施工企业带来了机遇与挑战，企业通过加强项目现场成本管理，有效降低工程造价，为企业获取最大的经济利润。现阶段施工企业项目现场成本管理还存在许多亟待解决的问题，严重影响了施工企业控制工程成本。本文从当前施工项目成本管理中存在的主要问题出发，探讨了施工企业项目现场成本管理的控制对策，具有一定借鉴效果。%The unceasingly deepening of the process of China's urbanization has brought opportunities and challenges for construction enterprises. Enterprises effectively reduce the project cost by strengthening project site cost management and obtain the biggest economic profits for the enterprise. At present, there are still many problems in construction enterprise's project site cost management, which have seriously affected the construction enterprise project cost control. Starting from the main problems in the current construction project cost management, this article discusses the control countermeasures of the project site cost management of construction enterprise, which has certain reference value.
