房地产企业工程造价的管理与控制

         

摘要

随着国家的宏观调控,房地产市场的暴利时代已经逝去。而以定位准确、服务至上、提高品质、品牌等为核心的“价值回归”的理念,正在得到业界越来越多的关注和认同。因此,房地产行业在未来的发展过程中,如何通过工程造价的管理与控制,来提高自己的核心竞争力已是重中之重。笔者现结合实际工作的一些体会,就房地产企业在开发过程中工程造价的管理与控制谈一些个人的观点。希望能为工程造价合理、有效的管理和控制提供一定参考。%With the country's macro-control, colossal profits era of real estate market has gone. And the "return value"concept, which takes the accurate location, service-oriented, improving quality and brand as the core, is more and more concerned and recognized by the industry. Therefore, in the future development process of the real estate industry, how to improve their core competitiveness by project cost management and control is a top priority. Combined with some practical work experience, the author talked about some personal views on the management and control of the project cost in the development process of real estate enterprise, hoping to provide some reference for the reasonable and effective project cost management and control.
