At present, China's project cost control mainly focuses on the implementation phase of construction projects, and has little attention to the front-end cost control of engineering project. In fact, there are many problems in project construction cost. This paper, through the analysis of these problems, puts forward some reliable countermeasures to scientifically control the front-end engineering cost.%现如今，我国工程造价控制的重点大都集中在建设项目的实施阶段，而对于项目前期工程造价控制并未给予充分的关注。事实上，项目前期工程造价依然存在突出的问题，本文通过分析这些问题，对前期工程造价的科学控制提出若干可靠的对策。
