Electricity business is the foundation business in China, and whether can ensure the safe production work be carried out smoothly or not directly determines the stability and operation of China, and determines the sound development of China's economy. In this paper, the security management status of China's power companies is analyzed, and the construction principles and countermeasures for safety risk management system are proposed.%电力企业是我国的基础性企业，其能否保证安全生产工作顺利的进行，直接决定了我国社会稳定运行，决定了我国经济能否良性发展。本文就我国电力企业的安全管理现状进行了分析，并且提出了安全生产风险管理体系的建设原则与对策。
