With the economic development, the use of coal is increases, so more and more enterprises begin to conduct coal excavation. Coal is non-renewable, so requires companies to effectively manage and utilize them. Based on analyzing the development situation of China's coal economy, this paper proposes the development strategies.%经济的发展增加了对煤炭的使用量，有越来越多的煤炭企业开始更多的进行煤炭采挖。煤炭是不可再生的，需要企业对其进行有效管理和利用。本文通过对我国煤炭经济的发展形势进行分析，提出了相关的发展策略。
