Material procurement management is an important part of enterprise management, and also an important link in the supply chain management. In order to improve the level of management and realize the value of the enterprise, it is necessary to strengthen the management of purchasing. It is important and necessary to for the military scientific research institutions to strengthen purchasing management. At the same time, the nature of the institutions and their special task also determines the particularity of the material procurement management. The limitations of the military scientific research institution procurement logistics management are analyzed.
