Taking the knob component parts as an example, this paper introduces common types of assemblies in senior workers training in processing center, analyses the special NC machining process of assemblies. The reasonable selection of processing benchmarks, processing sequence and processing methods, Mastercam X6 way for modeling, processing methods and processing parameters are discussed, finally, the tool path in NC machining are generated and simulated.%文章以旋钮组合零件为例介绍了在加工中心高级工培训中常见的组合件类型，分析组合件特殊的数控加工工艺，合理的选用加工基准、加工顺序和加工方法，对masterCAM X6的自动编程建模方式、加工方法及其加工参数进行探讨，最后生成数控加工刀具轨迹并进行加工仿真。
