现阶段高职院校存在着大量的实验室管理人员，这些技术人员分布于高校的实训中心、网络中心、图书馆等部门，虽然担负着很重要的工作职责，但其作为高职院校的弱势群体，并没有充分发挥着主体作用。本文试分析现阶段的高职院校实验室管理人员的现状与困惑，并就如何对技术人员以后如何发展提出个人一些思路。%At present, there are many laboratory management personnel in higher vocational colleges, which are allocated in university training center, network center, library and other departments. As a vulnerable group in colleges and universities, they don't play a subjective role, although they burden important responsibilities. This paper tries to analyze the present situation and confusion of laboratory management personnel in higher vocational colleges at present, and put forward some personal ideas on how to develop the technical personnel.
