Training base construction is the strong quality assurance for vocational college talent training. Through the research for the training base of food major in many vocational colleges, around the training base construction of food major in this college, the author discusses the training base basic situation, main features and problems of food major in backbone and demonstration vocational colleges, aims to provide some help for training base construction in vocational college.%实训基地建设是高职院校人才培养质量的有力保证。笔者通过对多所职业院校食品专业实训基地的调研，围绕本院食品专业实训基地的建设，从骨干和示范性高职院校食品专业实训基地基本情况、主要特色、存在的普遍问题等方面进行了论述，旨在对高职院校实训基地建设上有所帮助。
