It has seriously affected the sustainable development of building industry which frequently happened in buildings construction for safety in China. This paper identified the statistics from 2004 to 2012 of construction accidents in China by using the histogram, trend chart, circular structure diagram. The statistics were classified into 4 categories systematically with occurrence, deaths, types and area distribution. This analysis results are expected not only to respond to occurrence regularity,but also put forward measures and suggestions for building a safety environment for the construction management.%我国建筑施工安全事故频发，严重影响到建筑业的可持续发展。本文采用直方图、趋势图、圆形结构图和事故分析表等对2004-2012年我国建筑施工事故进行统计，从事故的发生次数、死亡人数、事故类型及地区分布等几个方面进行分析，归纳出了建筑施工事故的发生规律，并针对事故发生规律提出了建筑施工安全管理的对策与建议。
