This paper introduces the advanced international CDIO engineering education concept and its application in China, makes detailed analysis of the application status of CDIO in higher vocational colleges, and points out the problems and their objective and subjective reasons, then takes electrical automation technology specialty in Harbin Vocational & Technical College as an example, which provides an effective solution for the implementation of CDIO in higher vocational colleges and has reference meaning for the reform of similar specialty in higher vocational colleges.%文章介绍了国际先进的CDIO工程教育理念及其在中国的应用，详细分析了CDIO在高职院校中的应用现状，指出来其存在的问题及其主客观原因，然后以哈尔滨职业技术学院电气自动化技术专业为例，为CDIO在高职院校的有效实施提供了一种行之有效的解决方案，对高职院校同类专业的改革有很高的借鉴意义。
