The topography distribution in China is extensive karst geology, and features in this region is complex geological conditions, which resulting quality and safety incidents such as leakage pulp, hole collapse, stuck pipe and other serious quality problems will be caused in pile foundation construction if it has a little careless or incautious. For a construction project in karst areas, the pile foundation construction has an important role on the quality of the whole project. In order to improve the quality of the project, the investigations, method and design for pile foundation construction should be paid attention before construction. This paper focuses on the problems, technical measures and emergency precautions of pile foundation construction in karst areas to discuss.%我国的地貌分布有广泛的岩溶地质，而在此地区的特点就是地质情况复杂多变，致使在桩基施工的过程中稍不小心或不谨慎就会造成一些列的质量安全事故如漏浆，塌孔，卡钻等等严重的质量问题。对于一个在岩溶地区施工的项目工程来说，桩基础施工对整个工程项目的质量都有重要的作用，为使工程项目质量的提高，在施工开展之前对桩基础施工的勘测工作加以重视，设计桩基施工的方法及技术等，本文主要对岩溶地区在桩基施工中常常出现的问题以及采用的技术措施和应急预防措施进行进一步的讲述。
