At the present stage,the practical capability of the graduates who are cultivated in domestic colleges and universities is not strong generally, and they can't be competent for the position of the human resource management timely and efficiently, which contributes to the educated talents coming apart with the social demand seriously. Aiming at the current status, the author makes analysis and discussion about the problems which emerges from the education of human resource management talent.%现阶段,国内一些高校培养的人力资源管理专业的毕业生实践能力普遍不强,毕业后不能及时高效的胜任人力资源管理岗位,人才培养与社会需求严重脱节。针对现状,笔者对国内高校人力资源管理专业人才培养中出现的问题进行分析与论述。
