应用技术人才培养定位于以培养“现场工程师”为主，本文提出了“现场工程师”培养理念，确立了“现场工程师”的人才定位，构建了“现场工程师”人才培养体系，通过多种途径与举措开展应用技术人才的培养模式研究与实践。%The training of application technology talents mainly aims to cultivate "field engineer". This paper puts forward the "field engineer"cultivating idea, establishes the talents localization of"field engineer", constructs of the talents training system of"field engineer", and does study and practice of the application technology talents training mode through a variety of ways and measures.
