Taking the meaning of applying the people-oriented management theory in private higher vocational colleges as a breakthrough, this paper discusses the practice errors of implementing people-oriented management in private higher vocational colleges, then analyses the influencing factors of applying the people-oriented concept in the private higher vocational colleges management, and proposes innovative countermeasures of promoting the work of the private higher vocational colleges.%本文以民办高职院校管理工作运用以人为本管理理论的意义为突破口,探讨民办高职院校实施以人为本管理的实践误区,进而分析影响以人为本理念在民办高职院校管理工作中应用的因素,提出了促进民办高职院校工作的创新性对策。
