本文从高职院校学生学籍档案的构成出发，对高职院校学生学籍档案管理工作中存在的问题作出了分析，重点探讨强化高职院校学生学籍档案管理工作的对策，以期提高学生学籍档案管理工作的重视度，促进学生学籍档案的规范化、有序化，实现电子档案的大力发展。%Starting from the composition of students archives of higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the problems of students archives management, and mainly discusses the countermeasures of strengthening students archives management work of higher vocational college, in order to improve the attention of the students archives management work, promote the standardization and ordering of the students archives management, and realize the vigorous development of the electronic archives.
