文章从卓越工程师培养要求入手，分析应用型工程师应具备的基本素质。以青海大学为例，提出了构建基于卓越工程师视角的应用型人才培养模式及其实现方法。%From the requirements of distinguished engineer cultivation, this paper analyses the basic qualities of applied engineers, and taking Qinghai University as an example, puts forward cultivation mode of applied talents and its implementation methods from the perspective of the distinguished engineer.
