加强列车长队伍建设整体提升客运服务质量

         

摘要

客运段作为铁路企业面向社会、服务旅客的窗口单位,肩负着安全输送旅客,维护铁路形象的重任。随着铁路的高速发展,客运整体工作的标准越来越高,列车长作为乘务班组各项工作的直接指挥者和组织者,必须具备较强的管理能力。可以说列车长工作不仅展现了铁路企业的外在形象,影响着铁路客运服务质量的提升,还关系着现场生产的安全有序。因此,要下大力气提高班组科学管理水平,扎实推进列车长队伍建设。%As the window unit of railway enterprises to face the society and serve the passengers, passenger traffic section shoulders the responsibility of safely transporting passengers and maintaining the image of the railway. Along with the rapid development of modern railway, the overall work standard of passenger traffic is higher and higher. As the direct commander and organizer of all the work in the cabin crew, the conductor must have strong management ability. The conductor work not only shows the railway enterprise's external image, affecting the railway passenger service quality improvement, but also concerns the safe and orderly production. Therefore, it is necessary to strive to raise the level of scientific management team and to advance the conductor team construction.
