在长期的生产经营和发展过程中,企业逐渐培育其自己的企业文化,透过这种文化集中体现了企业的价值观念、经营理念等。通过培育企业文化可以进一步巩固和强化企业的经营管理,帮助企业实现持续发展和永续经营。如何培育企业文化,推进企业文化管理,对于现代企业管理者来说这是必须面对的问题。为此,本文通过对“以人为本”的企业文化理念进行阐述,同时对企业文化对企业的推动作用进行深入分析,并提出相应的政策建议,进而为完善企业文化管理提供参考依据。%In the long-term production management and development process, the enterprises have its own corporate culture which reflects the values and business philosophy of themselves. It can further consolidate and strengthen the enterprise management and help the enterprises to achieve sustainable development and management by cultivating the enterprise culture. How to cultivate the enterprise culture and promote the enterprise culture management is the problem the modern enterprise's managers have to revisit. Therefore, this paper expounds the "people-oriented" enterprise culture idea, deeply analyses the role in promoting the enterprises of the enterprise culture, and puts forward the related policy suggestion to provide the reference for perfecting the enterprise culture management.
