There are many problems in the development of the construction enterprise engineering supervision in China. This paper aims to put forward the detail measures to improve the development of the construction enterprise engineering supervision by researching and analyzing the problems in the development of the engineering supervision, to promote the healthy development of supervision industry.%我国建筑企业工程监理发展存在不少的问题。本文希望通过研究与分析工程监理发展中所存在的问题，提出提高建筑企业工程监理发展的具体措施，以便促进监理行业的健康发展。
