This paper summarizes the drilling flushing circulation resistance, studies the pressure loss calculation of small diameter deep hole drilling pipe, and discusses the flushing fluid circulation resistance calculation examples of small diameter deep hole drilling. It hopes to provide some reference for flushing fluid circulation resistance measurement of small diameter deep hole drilling, effectively reduce the flushing fluid circulation resistance in the process of small deep hole drilling, promote the efficiency and depth of small diameter deep hole drilling, and promote the continuous development of the small diameter deep hole drilling in China.%本文对钻探冲洗循环阻力进行了概述，研究了小口径深孔钻探钻杆内压力损失计算，同时探讨了小口径深孔钻探冲洗液循环阻力测算实例，以期为小口径深孔钻探冲洗液循环阻力测算提供一些参考，有效减少小口径深孔钻探过程中冲洗液所受的循环阻力，提升小口径深孔钻探效率和钻探深度，推动我国小口径深孔钻探的不断发展。
