In recent years, the rise of the "school -based" research is from the "essence of education", "round human development", "innovative training", "quality education", "harmonious education"and other educational philosophy. Combing the literature found that scholars research on school-based theory focused on three aspects of the research and development of school-based curriculum, school-based training and school-based research, etc. and has formed relatively rich results, combined with the large number of cases of school-based education it has carried out a more in-depth discussion of combining theory and practice.%近年兴起的“校本”研究源于“教育本质”、“人的全面发展”、“创新人才培养”、“素质教育”、“和谐教育”等教育理念。梳理相关文献发现，国内外学者关于校本理论的研究聚焦于校本课程的研究与开发、校本培训与校本教研等三个方面，已经形成了比较丰富的理论成果，并结合了大量个案对校本教育的开展进行了理论与实践相结合的更为深入的探讨。
