Through the research on the ship lighterage implementation process, and combined with the calculation of anchor holding power in the effect of the natural conditions of wind pressure, flow pressure and wave force in the ship mooring process, this paper studies the anchorage 7# lighterage feasibility of Nantong, and provides theoretical basis for lighterage security of the ship.%本文通过对船舶过驳作业实施过程进行研究，结合船舶锚泊过程中，船舶受风压力、流压力、波浪力等自然条件影响下的锚泊抓力的计算，对南通7#锚地船舶过驳作业的可行性进行研究，为船舶的安全过驳作业提供理论依据。
