本文通过民用住宅工程的外墙施工特点，结合工程实例，总结从施工实践中的经验教训，分析外墙产生渗漏的原因，并提出外墙渗漏的防治处理措施。%Combined with the construction characteristics of outer wall in residential houses and engineering project, this paper sums up the experience in the construction practice, analyzes the causes of the seepage of outer wall and puts forward the prevention and treatment measures of the seepage of outer wall.
