当前，随着职业院校各项管理制度建设的不断完善成熟，校企合作已成为职业院校改革和发展的必由之路。本文主要就职业院校的校企文化融合模式进行了研究，并提出了创新发展建议。%At present, with the continuous improvement and mature of the management system construction in vocational college, school-enterprise cooperation has become the only way for the reform and development of vocational colleges. This paper studies the school-enterprise cultural integration patterns of vocational college and puts forward innovative development proposals.
