The surface treatment of glass fiber is the key to develop high quality fiber reinforced composite material. Surface treatment technologies of glass fiber are reviewed in respects of using glass fiber to enhance inorganic composites. Problems are put forward, and it is thought that the study of surface nanocrystallization of glass fiber are the developing directions in the future.%玻璃纤维表面处理是获得优良性能的玻璃纤维复合材料的关键，本文从玻璃纤维增强无机复合材料的角度出发，综述了玻璃纤维表面处理的研究情况，提出了研究中亟待解决的问题，认为玻璃纤维表面纳米化研究是未来值得重视的表面处理技术。
