70m跨单桩独柱墩混凝土连续梁0#块现浇支架设计

         

摘要

Research purpose: At present, more and more single column continuous box girder structure is widely used in our county, While the substructure adopts single pile combined with single column pier is quite rare. Especially for the single pile and single column pier girder bridge located in the deep water area,there are some technical difficulties in 0#block construction process.The design of 0# block construction of cast-in-place falsework in Jiashao Bridge,provides a new train of thought in construction for The similar bridge construction.Research conclusions: The cast-in-place falsework design for 0#block of 70m continuous box girder of Jiashao Bridge, to solve the traditional pile pier, bowl-scaffold, gantry and other types of falsework can not be satisfied this kind of bridge cast-in-place construction problem of 0# block. The design shows that this kind of cast-in-place falsework structure can be satisfied this type of bridge 0# block cast-in-place construction requirements, it's a new construction method, falsework structure is novel, less investment, fast construction speed, which can provide reference for similar bridge construction.%  研究目的:目前,我国越来越多的公路桥梁采用独柱连续箱梁结构形式,而采用大直径的单桩与独柱墩相结合的下部结构较为少见。尤其是下部结构为深水基础的单桩独柱墩桥梁,其0#块施工具有一定的技术难度。本文对嘉绍大桥70m跨连续箱梁0#块施工进行现浇支架设计,为同类桥梁提供一种全新的施工思路。研究结论:通过对嘉绍大桥70m跨连续箱梁0#块现浇支架的设计,解决了传统桩柱式、碗扣式、膺架式等类型的支架无法满足此类桥梁0#块现浇施工的难题。本设计表明本类现浇支架结构完全可以满足此类桥梁0#块现浇施工的要求,是一种全新的施工方法,支架结构较为新颖,投入少,施工速度快,可为同类桥梁的施工提供借鉴。
